Thank you to Samantha McTague for tonight’s Ferments of Asia demo. She loved sharing her love for all homemade goodies and is so passionate about all things home cooked from scratch, fermented and mason jar canned from homemade heritage flour biscuits to cultured butter, to amazing triple citrus jam, to a mustard greens ferment that she contributed for our potluck. It was an amazing May potluck meeting with delicious nutrient dense food (thank you all for the generous entrees and sides), getting a hands on demo of Korean radish kimchi and Filipino atchara ferments and so much joy and fun sharing a meal and talking and laughing around the dinner table. It was great to see new faces as well as welcoming back a few members that we haven’t seen in awhile. Looking forward to our next get together!
